  • Currently counsel to Texas A&M University in connection with $150 million redevelopment of Cain Hall, including ground leased development of 230 room hotel, conference center, 1400 space parking garage, and student services building
  • Counsel to Southwest Airlines for the $500 million Love Field Modernization Project, a public-private partnership between the City of Dallas and Southwest Airlines
  • Initial purchaser and bondholder counsel for more than $3 billion in 144A taxable revenue bonds for military housing privatization projects nationwide for the United States Air Force, Army and Navy
  • Underwriter, developer and corporation counsel for more than $2 billion in convention center hotel projects including the 800-room Austin, Texas, convention center hotel project
  • Developer's counsel for the 700-acre Austin Robert Mueller Airport Redevelopment Project and related tax increment reinvestment zone
  • Counsel to private developer for the $1.3 billion privatization of SH130 segments 5 and 6 in central Texas
