Licensed in both Texas and New York, Erika Larson represents borrowers, lead arrangers and agents in large corporate and middle-market syndicated transactions, including cash flow facilities, asset-based facilities, acquisition financing and multi-currency facilities.  Erika routinely advises international, national and regional clients from a wide range of industries involving technology, food and beverage, heavy equipment, manufacturing, healthcare and real estate.

• Lead counsel to lead left arrangers, bookrunners and agents in large syndicated transactions, and tiered lending for investment grade, highly leveraged, middle market and asset-based borrowers and complex intercreditor and subordination arrangements
