A member of our Finance & Lending Practice Group, she is skilled at all types of business finance transactions, including acquisition financings, secured and unsecured financings, single lender and syndicate lending, participations, debtor-in-possession financings, debt workouts and restructures, mezzanine financing, complex intercreditor and subordination arrangements, and middle market and asset-based financings.
Emeline represents clients in a variety of industries, such as sports, manufacturing, real estate, financial services, retail, restaurants, energy, media and telecommunications, insurance, and healthcare. She has extensive experience working specifically in the sports industry, representing NFL teams in their general financing and stadium projects.
In addition to her legal practice, Emeline has taken leadership roles in bar and community organizations. She serves on civic and professional boards and contributes to various programs throughout the community and the bar.
