LexBlog recently interviewed Winstead PC Shareholder David F. Johnson about his experience as the author of the firm’s Texas Fiduciary Litigator Blog, which reports on legal cases and issues impacting the fiduciary field in Texas.
Johnson and interviewer Bob Ambrogi discussed Johnson’s legal focus in fiduciary law and what the experience of blogging in this niche has been like. Johnson explained the process of narrowing his focus and how this made blogging an enjoyable hobby that also benefits his clients. He also discussed his writing style, use of social media and marketing, the impact of blogging on his practice and client base, and the importance of patience through it all.
