Trent Ruark

Trent Ruark is a member of Winstead’s Corporate, Commercial Transactions & Outsourcing Practice Group. Trent’s practice focuses on advising clients across a number of industries in matters involving procurement and distribution, development and licensing, outsourcing, and other related commercial transactions.  He also has experience in general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and pre-litigation matters.

• Served as commercial counsel at a publicly-held, multinational biotechnology company, managing supply chain legal matters
