- Representation of a variety of national and regional institutional lenders in a broad range of financing transactions, including permanent financing, construction loans, syndications, securitized mortgage loans, mezzanine financing, multistate portfolio loans, cash management arrangements, ground leases, foreclosures and workouts.
- Representation of commercial mortgage backed securities lenders and servicers in the origination, workout and/or modification of securitized mortgage loans and the purchase and sale of mortgage notes in the secondary mortgage market.
- Representation of clients in the acquisition and disposition of various types of real estate, including multifamily projects, retail centers, industrial properties, office buildings and raw land.
