She manages all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including representing (i) purchasers and sellers in connection with acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties (e.g., office, retail, multifamily, and industrial); (ii) lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial real estate loans; and (iii) landlords and tenants in connection with office, retail and industrial leasing.
Lindsay collectively spent a decade working for the City of Houston’s Office of the City Attorney and the University of Houston System’s Office of the General Counsel. This extensive experience has afforded her a unique and invaluable perspective, which she leverages to effectively address complex challenges and devise tailored solutions for her private-sector clients.
Representative Experience
- Represented the landlord in the negotiation of leases throughout its portfolio of Class A office buildings.
- Represented a telecommunications tenant in the negotiation of leases throughout its portfolio of back-office and operation centers.
- Represented the buyer in connection with the acquisition of a stabilized retail center.
- Represented the owner in connection with the negotiation of covenants, conditions and restrictions for an industrial facility.
- Represented an institution of higher education in procuring and awarding design and construction contracts in support of its billion-dollar capital improvement program.
- Represented municipal aviation department in connection with its general procurement, airline use and lease agreements, concessions program, parking management, and capital redevelopment programs
