His practice focuses on transactional matters, including counseling public and private companies through each phase of the commercial contracting and outsourcing lifecycle. He regularly works with major domestic and international airlines on the purchase, sale and lease of domestic and cross-border aircraft and aviation assets as well as the outsourcing of contracted services.
