Kindal Wetuski is a member of Winstead’s Corporate, Commercial Transactions & Outsourcing Practice Group. 

Prior to joining Winstead, Kindal was Corporate Counsel at AZZ Inc. (NYSE: AZZ), a leading manufacturing company with 60 locations in eight countries.

Representative Experience

• Provided decisive day-to-day legal advice to all levels of the organization; advised the field, various corporate functions, and the management team on the legal implications and potential business risks associated with a wide range of business and operational issues that arose in connection with conducting domestic and international business.
• Supported strategic initiatives by coordinating due diligence and preparing and negotiating transaction documents for acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, and strategic partnerships.
• Drafted and negotiated a variety of corporate and business unit agreements, including commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements, consulting agreements, joint venture and strategic partnership agreements, service, supply chain and distribution agreements, and commercial leases.
