Grant Grubich

Grant Grubich is a member of Winstead's Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. Grant’s practice includes the structuring and development of mixed use projects, assisting developers acquire, dispose and develop various real estate asset classes including multifamily, office, retail and industrial properties. He also has extensive experience representing borrowers and lenders in complex real estate finance transactions.

Representative Experience

• Development, Acquisition and Disposition: Represents developers, purchasers and sellers of multi-family properties, retail centers, office buildings, industrial properties and mixed-use projects.
• Financing: Represents lenders and borrowers in connection with construction, acquisition, bridge, permanent and securitized financing of real estate projects.
• Mixed Use: Represents developers and associations in the planning, structuring and drafting governance documents for complex mixed use developments with multiple layers of governance documents.
• Leasing: Represents tenants and landlords in office, restaurant, retail and industrial leases, including ground leases, retail and subleases.
