- Mixed Use: Represents developers and associations in the planning, structuring and drafting governance documents for complex mixed use developments with multiple layers of governance documents.
- Leasing: Represents tenants and landlords in office, restaurant, retail and industrial leases, including ground leases, retail and subleases.
