Cassandra Dols Smith

Cassandra Smith is a member of Winstead’s Finance & Lending Practice Group. Prior to joining Winstead, Cassandra served as a summer associate in the Division of Investment Management at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, worked as senior associate at one of the world’s largest accounting firms, and earned her license as a Certified Public Accountant.

Representative Experience

• Representation of institutional and non-traditional lenders and administrative agents in connection with the planning, negotiation, documentation and workout of syndicated credit facilities, participated credits, real estate secured loans, equipment loans, working capital loans, asset-based loans, loan sale transactions, and dealing with distressed real estate.
• Representation of lenders on various types of commercial real estate projects including financing for acquisition, development, and construction of multifamily, office, retail, industrial, owner-occupied, single-tenant, mixed-use projects and lot development.
