Brad Levy represents publicly traded and privately held companies in a broad range of business transactions and other corporate matters. Brad is a member of Winstead’s Corporate, Commercial Transactions & Outsourcing Practice Group and Airlines Industry Group. He focuses on corporate and commercial transactions and business process outsourcing arrangements, including master services agreements, equipment purchase agreements, transition services agreements, maintenance, repair and overhaul services agreements, various agreements pertaining to human resources functions, connectivity hardware and services agreements, consulting agreements and other agreements with strategic business partners. Brad also has experience handling domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and related transactions, as well as advising clients and their officers and directors on corporate governance and compliance procedures.
Brad has represented clients in a variety of industries, including technology, retail, transportation and energy, but has unique and extensive experience in the airlines industry. He has represented clients in the airlines industry in multiple transactions with suppliers and other service providers, as well as buyers and sellers of aircraft, engines and other aircraft parts.
Brad’s experience encompasses both foreign and domestic matters, including representations involving Australia, the British Virgin Islands, Canada, China, Colombia, El Salvador, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Panama, Scotland, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.
