  • Development: Representation of developers, pension funds and other investors in all stages of development, including land planning, entitlements, land acquisition, debt and equity financing, construction, leasing and disposition
  • Leasing: Representation of landlords and tenants in major office, industrial, retail and mixed-use projects, with experience in lease review, preparation, negotiation and ancillary matters related to leasing

  • Representation of a major hotel brand as the developer, owner and operator of a 1,055 room convention center hotel located in the Boston Seaport
  • Representation of the developer and operator of a 500 room resort hotel to be part of a mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas, including the headquarters facility of the PGA of America
  • Representation of a major hotel brand as the developer, owner and operator of a 264 room hotel at The Battery Atlanta, overlooking SunTrust Park in Atlanta, Georgia
