Winstead Represents Hawaiian Airlines in Deal with Amazon

Hawaiian Airlines will operate a fleet of 10 Airbus A330-300 aircraft with an opportunity for expansion

DALLAS, TX, November 15, 2022— Winstead PC recently represented Hawaiian Airlines in the negotiation of an air transportation services agreement with Amazon.com Services LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc., pursuant to which Hawaiian will provide air cargo transportation services to the online retailer.   

Hawaiian will operate an initial fleet of ten A330-300 freighters in its performance of the services; however, the agreement provides for potential expansion of the fleet in the future.  The initial term of the agreement is eight years, but may be extended for up to five additional years.
