Representation spans a variety of industries, with sell-side clients generally consisting of closely-held and/or family-owned businesses (often with equity rollover components) and buy-side clients consisting of both strategic and financial buyers (including acquirers of controlling and minority equity positions)
- Representation of family office clients of various sizes in their acquisition and divestiture of investment positions in portfolio companies and real estate assets
- Representative transactions typically involve targets operating in the middle market, with deal consideration in $15M-250M range
Corporate (Private Placement) Experience
- Representation includes clients operating within the real estate, healthcare, hospitality, energy, and financial services industries
- Representative transactions typically involve multi-state offerings for private funds or project-specific entities
Corporate (Real Estate Joint Venture) Experience
- Representation includes sponsor, developer, and equity joint venture partners

- General corporate representation of physician groups and their professional entities, including entity formation, governance, acquisitions/divestitures, and owner buy-sell/succession matters
