Tanner Barnes

Tanner Barnes is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. Tanner’s practice is focused on assisting owners, developers, purchasers, and investors with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing of improved and unimproved property in both single asset and portfolio transactions in Texas and throughout the United States. Focusing mainly on hospitality, medical, and industrial real estate transactions, Tanner’s attention to the complexities involved in each transaction allows him to effectively advance clients’ interests when drafting purchase and sale agreements, reviewing title commitments and surveys, analyzing land use regulations, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, architecting real estate financing, and structuring real estate workouts.

Outside of the office, Tanner is an avid weightlifter, U.S. Presidential history enthusiast, and Arkansas Razorbacks fan.
