Tammi is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. She advises public and private companies on a range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.
Tammi has more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate, primarily in industrial and office product types, retail, and healthcare. Drawing on that experience, Tammi applies a practical, strategic approach to executing her transactions, with a particular focus on efficiency alongside short- and long-term business goals.
Tammi works closely with colleagues across environmental, construction, litigation, and corporate teams to move matters forward and keep projects aligned.
Previously, Tammi was a senior vice president and assistant secretary for a publicly traded real estate investment trust. In these roles, Tammi aided, performed, and managed the company’s commercial real estate development, ownership, and risk management.
