Seth Steinke

Seth Steinke is a member of Winstead’s Business Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on commercial litigation matters involving complex business disputes in state courts. Seth assists clients through all stages of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and appellate briefing.

Seth has experience conducting legal research and analyzing complex commercial issues, with a focus on developing practical recommendations and litigation strategies. He has handled a broad range of discovery responsibilities, including drafting discovery requests and responses, reviewing and managing document productions, preparing deficiency correspondence, developing deposition outlines and taking depositions. He also has substantial experience drafting pleadings and motions of all types, and has handled a variety of court hearings, including summary judgment hearings.
