Sarahan's practice focuses on the representation of lending institutions in connection with commercial real estate transactions. She has also represented issuers, special servicers, and third-party purchasers in commercial real estate collateralized loan obligations (CRE CLOs) and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions.
