Raegan Rush

Raegan Rush is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice group, representing clients in commercial disputes and other complex maters in state and federal court. She has experience managing cases through key stages of litigation, including drafting and arguing motions, pleadings, briefs and pretrial submissions, as well as conducting and defending depositions. Raegan works closely with clients to evaluate the merits of a case, develop strategy and provide practical guidance as matters progress.
