- Prepared joint venture organizational documents and performed loan document due diligence, including senior and mezzanine debt, for multifamily transactions involving new capital and 1031 funds
- Prepared ancillary documents for multifamily asset purchases, including property management agreements, construction management agreements, and asset management agreements
- Negotiated and prepared Class A retail lease for landlord-client, including subsequent lease amendments and COVID-19 rent abatement agreements
- Prepared loan documents for lender-client in commercial real estate lending transactions for construction and permanent loans
