Mary HagerOf CounselMary Hager is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group and advises clients on a variety of business transactions. She has represented developers, purchasers, sellers, landlords and tenants in numerous commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions. Mary is experienced in drafting contracts, leases, easements, development agreements, and restrictive covenants and has represented landlords and tenants in retail, office and industrial leasing.
She also serves as outside counsel for several Austin green space non-profit organizations in connection with their public-private partnership agreements with the City of Austin and related organizational governance matters.
In addition to her experience as a private practice attorney, Mary has extensive experience on the client side, having served as Chief Operating Officer for both a national retailer as well as an Austin-based non-profit.
