Marsha Clarke focuses her practice on a variety of employee benefit and compensation matters. Marsha works with the members of the Sports Business and Public Venues Industry Group on a variety of sports and public venue matters.
- Advises clients on issues regarding plan design and administration, service provider contracts, compliance reviews and reporting requirements, as applicable, for tax-qualified retirement plans, employer welfare plans, non-qualified retirement arrangements, and governmental and church plans.
- Assists clients with the preparation of plan documents and employee communications related to employee benefit plans (including summary plan descriptions and summaries of material modifications).
- Advises clients on employee benefit and executive compensation issues related to mergers and acquisitions.
