Lisa Ann Murphy

Lisa Ann Murphy is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. Lisa Ann has a broad background in all aspects of commercial real estate law with a focus on retail leasing and shopping center development. She has extensive experience in retail leasing having worked on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Representative Experience

• Counsel and advise national and regional developers, institutional investors, and commercial property owners in matters of property development, ownership, and leasing.
• Negotiate and draft retail and office leases and amendments (e.g., relocation, expansion, extension/renewal amendments), assignments, subleases, and termination agreements for leasing matters. In aggregate, over 50,000,000 square feet of retail space to local, regional and national retailers.
