• Complex Project Experience: Keith has played a key role in shaping the landscape of major commercial developments. He notably contributed to the 2017 revision of the proprietary design and construction agreements for a publicly traded healthcare company.
• Affordable Housing: Keith led the creation of a new suite of documents for a large public affordable housing agency in Middle Tennessee and represents numerous private and public affordable housing developers in the region.
