Katelyn Stevens

Katelyn Stevens is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and leasing matters. 

Katelyn works with developers, investors, owners and other real estate clients on matters involving both improved and unimproved property. She assists with various stages of transactions, including due diligence, contract preparation and negotiation, title and survey review, financing and closing.
