Development: Represents developers and investors in all stages of the development of commercial property.
Entity and Transaction Structure: Advises clients in connection with the formation and structuring of real estate entities and transaction structures.
Finance: Represents institutional lenders, real estate investment firms, and borrowers in connection with debt and equity transactions and permanent and construction financing.
