Harrison Papaila

Harrison Papaila is a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. He has experience representing developers and investors in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions and other business matters.

His practice involves advising clients in the development, acquisition, and disposition of supply chain logistics facilities, retail shopping centers, multifamily projects, gas station portfolios, and mixed-use developments. Harrison represents both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of retail, office, and industrial leases. Additionally, he represents borrowers in connection with acquisition and construction financing, refinancing, loan assumptions and modifications.

After law school, Harrison served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant, III of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
