With over a decade of experience representing owners, developers and investors in a wide variety of complex real estate transactions, Evan focuses on the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and capitalization of commercial real estate properties.  Evan has a particular emphasis on the representation of institutional equity and developers in connection with joint venture structuring, negotiation, risk management and administration.   Evan's practice includes multifamily, industrial, office, mixed-use, and portfolio transaction product types.

• Distressed Assets: Represents purchasers in the implementation of distressed real estate asset acquisitions.
