- Development: Representation of developers in the development of multi-family, residential planned communities, residential condominiums, medical office, hotel, industrial, and mixed-use projects.
- Acquisitions and Dispositions: Representation of clients in connection with the acquisition and disposition of real property, including downtown and suburban office buildings, medical office buildings, senior living facilities, retail centers, hotels, multi-family and mixed-use developments.
- Leasing: Representation of both landlords and tenants in connection with the negotiation of lease agreements, including ground leases, build-to-suit leases and sale leasebacks for various types of real property, including office, medical office, industrial and retail property.
Representative Experience
- Represented a developer in the structuring, planning and development of a luxury hotel branded mixed-used condominium development.
- Represented foreign investor and sponsor in connection with the acquisition of a 24-property medical outpatient facility portfolio in Ohio and Florida from a top United States healthcare system under a sale-leaseback arrangement.
- Assisted client in the sale of a single-family rental portfolio with more than 1,000 residential properties worth approximately $300 million
- Assisted developer in the acquisition of a 1,500 acre assemblage of raw land for development of a data center.
- Assisted client in the acquisition of numerous industrial properties with purchase prices ranging from $20 million to $55 million.
- Assisted client in the acquisition of approximately 363 acres of raw land for the development of a private golf course.
