David Heit

David Heit is a member of Winstead's Real Estate Finance, Default Resolution & Servicing Practice Group. He has experience in commercial real estate law and represents developers, borrowers, lenders and institutional investors in a range of matters, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of commercial real property, joint venture arrangements and mezzanine financings. Additionally, David's finance practice includes representing master servicers and special servicers in all types of loan servicing matters.
