Christian Villicana is an associate in Winstead’s Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group. His work focuses on representing developers and builders in structuring residential, mixed-use, and condominium projects. Christian advises clients on legal matters related to master-planned communities, single-family and townhome developments, and complex condominium regimes, ensuring projects are properly structured to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
Christian assists with the formation and administration of property owners associations and condominium regimes, preparing key governance instruments such as declarations, bylaws, easements, and cost-sharing agreements. He collaborates closely with developers, lenders, title companies, and surveyors to align the legal structuring of project goals.
In addition to his governance-focused work, Christian represents clients on a variety of real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of property, lot takedown arrangements, and development-related agreements.
