Bill Cassin

Bill is a corporate and real estate attorney and a member of Winstead’s Real Estate Finance, Default Resolution & Servicing Practice Group. Bill primarily represents financial institutions and private equity lenders in connection with commercial real estate lending, with an emphasis on origination loans for the CMBS market. Bill’s experience spans every major asset class, including hotels, retail properties, and commercial facilities. In addition to his real estate experience, Bill also has significant experience in the fintech and asset management industries.
