Beverly Barragan

Beverly's practice has concentrated primarily on energy law and the representation of independent oil and gas producers in exploration, drilling and production activities. Her transactional experience includes the negotiation and documentation of oil and gas leases, acquisition of real property interests, exploration and seismic agreements, joint operating agreements, and standard and non-standard drilling agreements.

Beverly also has experience representing lenders and borrowers in equity and debt financing of oil and gas related entities, including asset based production loans, dollar-denominated and volumetric production payments, carry and back-in arrangements and net profits agreements. Such transactions include related title due diligence and collateral perfection issues.
