Winstead has expanded its Real Estate Industry Group by adding three new shareholders. Dax Scharfstein and Chris Cosolito  have joined the Real Estate Finance Practice Group in New York, while Bill Herbert has joined the Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group in Nashville. Before joining Winstead, Herbert served as the director of codes administration for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville for six years.
