Nashville (December 22, 2025) – Winstead PC announced today the addition of Chris Raybeck and Trey Neal as Shareholders in the Nashville office, both joining the firm’s Real Estate Development and Investments Practice Group. Raybeck joins the firm from Spencer Fane and Neal from Holland & Knight.

Chris Raybeck focuses his practice on commercial real estate development and commercial lending, representing a broad range of clients, including mixed-use developers, institutional investors, and boutique development groups, in the acquisition, sale, development, and management of commercial properties. He also maintains a robust commercial lending practice, representing banks and financial institutions in structuring, documenting, and closing credit facilities across multiple collateral and asset types.

Trey Neal advises real estate investors, owners, and developers on complex real estate matters across the country. With deep experience in the healthcare sector, he regularly handles the purchase, sale, and leasing of medical office buildings, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities, as well as the acquisition and disposition of both improved and unimproved properties.
