HOUSTON, November 11, 2022 – Winstead PC, a leading business law firm today announced that Steffen Sowell, a Houston based Associate, has been selected as one of five Blackshear Fellows in conjunction with the 2022 NCBJ National Conference.

The Blackshear Fellowships, named after the Honorable Cornelius Blackshear, provides an annual stipend/scholarship for up to five minority attorneys to attend its annual meeting each year.
