Winstead PC is pleased to announce that Shareholder Jeff Nydegger has been appointed as chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Austin P3 Local Member Council (LMC). He will serve as chair for a two-year term.

The ULI Austin P3 LMC was established in 2020 in recognition of the increased use of public private partnership (P3) development throughout Central Texas. The group is comprised of ULI members from the public and private sectors working together to explore the nuances of P3 development, provide educational resources, and establish a forum to discuss the challenges and benefits of the P3 model, with the goal of promoting sustainable growth in local communities.

Nydegger represents both public and private sector clients in secured project finance transactions with a focus on public-private partnerships. While his practice emphasis lies in the negotiation of both municipal and corporate revenue bond financing documents and related security agreements, he also represents his clients in the negotiation of a variety of project documents, including development agreements, management agreements, leases, and construction contracts.
