Stewart Whitehead Accepted as a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates

Congratulations to Stewart Whitehead who has been accepted as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).  This highly prestigious membership is by invitation only and requires an extensive application and approval process.  The ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Stewart is the managing shareholder of Winstead’s Austin office.  He works in Winstead’s Construction and Business Litigation Practice Groups.  Other Winstead members of ABTA include Mike Baggett, David Brown, Jay Brown, and Jay Madrid.
