Join Winstead attorneys at the ULI Austin August Breakfast – Project Connect and Equitable Transit Oriented Developments (ETODs). The Project Connect System Plan is a multi-modal concept consisting of light rail system, a subway downtown, and new MetroRapid bus lines to improve the speed, reliability and safety of Austin’s entire transportation system. The ETOD framework will play an important role in the design and delivery of Project Connect’s transit network.
