Join Winstead’s Real Estate Industry Group at the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Austin May Breakfast – Convention Center on May 25.  Austin is pursuing a redevelopment of the existing Convention Center, with expansion across the board in meeting, exhibit, multipurpose and ballroom spaces from a total of 376,000 in rentable square feet to the approximately 700,000 rentable square feet.
