Central Texas is seeing a dramatic increase in the number of public-private partnership (P3) transactions and alternative delivery projects from the public sector. These projects include single-purpose facilities like the Travis County Civil and Family Courts Facility and the Moody Center at The University of Texas at Austin, as well as mixed-use and horizontal developments, including Cedar Park’s Bell Boulevard. This session will discuss the lessons learned from these projects and the future outlook for P3 and alternative delivery methods for major projects in Texas.
