David F. Johnson will present at the 2021 Annual Legal Conference hosted by the Southwest Association of Bank Counsel and the Texas Bankers Association: "POA Practical Matters."​ The presentation will include a discussion of what writing constitutes a valid POA document, the termination of a POA document, dealing with springing powers, the agent's general powers under a durable POA form, the rights that a third party has when it receives a POA document, the duty to report elder abuse, and ethical implications.
