Winstead University: Compulsory Affordable Housing for New Development

The City of Dallas, like some other cities, is considering policies that would require those developing multi-family housing to include some portion of affordable housing in the units.  There are obviously huge implications for developers.  We will discuss the legal implications of this dramatic proposal.
