This program provides the vital updates you and your clients need to know about how employment and employee benefits laws have evolved and are continuing to evolve. Changes in rules, regulations, and EEOC and court interpretations of existing laws are changing the landscape of employment issues affecting LGBT employees. Additionally, the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in U.S. v. Windsor on June 26, 2013, has raised numerous questions for employers and employees alike regarding policies affecting and benefits afforded to same-sex couples.
