On July 18, Sports Industry Group Leader David Staas participated in a panel discussion with Leslie Fangman, Josh Smith, and Bruno Welt at the 2023 Convention, Sports & Entertainment Facilities Conference. The panel discussed the elements that must be considered as the owners out the business case for a P3 and shared ideas on how to communicate it to the community at large effectively.
