Ward Paschal

Ward Paschal is a member of Winstead’s Corporate, Securities/M&A Practice Group. Ward focuses his practice on representing various public companies in capital markets transactions, including a convertible debt offering, multiple at-the-market (ATM) offerings, and representation of the acquiree in a tender offer through drafting deal documents, managing the due diligence process, and managing the closing documents and process.
