Tanner Brennan

Tanner Brennan is a member of Winstead’s Corporate, Securities/M&A Practice Group. Tanner’s practice focuses on counseling businesses during all stages of growth in a variety of corporate, public, and private securities and M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Winstead, Tanner worked as a Certified Public Accountant in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, served as co-founder and inaugural President of the Baylor Sports Law Society, and worked as an extern with the Dallas Stars in their legal department.
