Page’s practice focuses on private fund formation, investment management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. She counsels clients on the structuring, formation, and ongoing operation of private funds as well as on customized strategic arrangements, such as seed transactions, co-investment vehicles, and special-purpose vehicles.

Page represents both established and emerging investment managers pursuing a broad range of strategies across various asset classes, including public and private equity, real estate, secondaries, venture capital, credit, and digital assets.
