Misha Checkovich

Misha advises sponsors on the formation and structuring of private investment funds, including private equity, infrastructure, credit, and venture capital vehicles. Misha has experience with a wide variety of fund structures, including traditional commingled funds, co-investments, SMAs, and Funds of One. She has experience advising on jurisdiction-specific matters involving Canadian, Cayman and Luxembourg fund vehicles and working with local counsel to deliver comprehensive advice to clients with multi-jurisdictional needs.

Misha has also assisted investors, such as family offices and high-net-worth individuals, in legal review of their alternative asset investments.
